In this post we will review the updates made to our private iOS app and xRE Enterprise for Salesforce. We will also touch on our new partnership with InsideView. InsideView helps to enrich your contact and account records thus improving your data for prospecting and other insights.
xRE Mobility Enhancements
Ascendix goes beyond the mobile options provided by Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. So why did we develop our own app when we could just use what comes with these platforms? Initially it was out of necessity as mobility on these platforms weren’t as advanced as we would have liked at the time. However, we then discovered that brokers and other CRE professionals didn’t think the mobile options were laid out for how they work away from the office or their laptop. We will continue to evolve our iOS applications so that the mobile experience matches brokers use cases. The following are updates made to mobility.
Stacking Plans: With the rich property, lease and availability data contained with AscendixRE, the broker can now generate the stacking plan of the property or properties for the prospective tenant or investor while in the field.
Composer Integration: The broker can now fulfill requests for brochures while in the field using the integration of xRE Composer with xRE Mobile for iPad.
xRE Enterprise for Salesforce Updates
xRE Enterprise is our top level Salesforce offering that is improving at a rapid rate of speed based on our extensive experience in CRE for CRM. The following updates have been made for xRE Enterprise for Salesforce.
Stacking Plans: With the xRE Enterprise Edition for Salesforce, we have including Stacking Plans.
xRE Composer Integration: Create brochures and microsites using data that resides in AscendixRE for Salesforce
Commission Tracking: Commission tracking within our Deal module is supported for the xRE Enterprise Edition.
Auto Calculation of Lease Periods
Integration of InsideView with AscendixRE for both Dynamics CRM and Salesforce:

Integrating the solution with Salesforce or Dynamics provides you access to InsideViews database of company and contact information that is aggregated from over 30,000 different data sources.
