Inquiry Tracking & Conversion
Use the inquiry record to manage the initial conversation and abbreviated contact information separately from your qualified account and contact records. Using our new conversion workflow, qualified inquiries can quickly be converted into account and contact records without having to duplicate effort. If the relationship has progressed, options are available to create a deal record from the inquiry record at the same time.
Stacking Plans
Create a graphical representation of a building showing lease and availability data for the property based on expiration and availability dates. Interact with the stacking plan directly by entering in new lease and availability information which are immediately reflected in the stack. Options exist for
exporting the stacking plan to either a PDF or Excel spreadsheet for distribution to people outside your firm.
New Search Facility Closes the Gaps
If you’ve created any views within Salesforce.com, you’ve probably run into some of the limitations of creating filters based off data contained in tables related to the primary object from which you are creating the view. We’ve created an intuitive search tool that supports cross object condition building as well as the ability to include cross object attributes in the resultant view. With the ability to save these searches, this facility effectively becomes a superpowered version of the “out of the box” view builder in Salesforce. Add to that the ability to export these views to MS Excel and you’ve got a powerful end to end solution.
Lightning Ready
