The focus of this option is speed, streamline and search. And no matter what device you use, you can access the SmartClient on your smartphone, tablet or computer of choice.
Using the power of leading CRM’s we streamlined the available options as follows: Dashboards, Activities, Company Records, Contacts, Properties, Listings, Availabilities, Deals, Leases and Sales. Searching works similar to how you search for information on LinkedIn which gives you more filter and query options. It is the balance that brokers have been asking for between a powerful CRM and simple user experience.
The latest addition to SmartClient is the always popular Stacking Plan! For example, if you searched for a property and then selected it from the options provided on the left you then simply select “Stacking Plan” and you can see a graphical representation of each floor with spaces color-coded by lease expiry or availability. It even gives you the percentage of the floor that is occupied.
