My name is Wes Snow. I’m the CEO of Ascendix Technologies and will be your guide through this overview of our CRE Tech services and product offerings.
Over the past 15 years, Ascendix has focused on the delivery of top-notch professional services and product delivery in the commercial real estate space. Simply put, we are a “one-stop shop” for delivering not just CRE products but consulting services as needed to maximize your investment in today’s technology.
Ascendix has always been about CRM having started the company some 23 years ago focused on delivering consulting services to a variety of industries on the leading platforms of the day.
This has given us a great perspective on what the “best of the best” are doing in making it easier for those in business development roles to do their job more efficiently and effectively.
Having focused the last 15 years in the commercial real estate space, today we enjoy deep and strategic relationships with two of the leading CRM providers, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics providing the ability to objectively assess the needs of our customers and align them with the most appropriate technology.
While we started with a singular focus from a product perspective in the CRE space, interactions with clients and prospects like you on the phone have lead to an evolution of products and services that comprise our ever-growing portfolio.
I’d like to highlight each during the time that I have with you today.
AscendixRE CRM for CRE
AscendixRE is our flagship product and at the core of what we do.
As mentioned earlier, this product is built on both Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
Long ago, we made the strategic decision to build our offerings on top of existing CRM platforms to leverage the innovation and infrastructure that these companies have evolved over the course of time allowing Ascendix to focus on more CRE focused features and functionality.
One real benefit to having made this decision is the ability for us to deliver a very usable “out of the box” experience for the broker but with the flexibility to allow the end-user to make changes to reflect their personality and specific business requirements.
Which leads me to another dimension to our offerings, our CRM consulting services.
As mentioned earlier, Ascendix has over 23 years of CRM consulting experience in house that can be used to help with simple startup implementations to more expansive and involved implementations.
While the product is suitable for companies of all sizes, the pricing we’ve established (which starts at $49/user/mo) is quite affordable for the smallest of shops.
AscendixRE Use Cases
While we’ve focused our energies early on working with Tenant Rep, Landlord Rep and Investment Sales brokers, we’ve evolved the solution and had success with other business models and use cases such as Property Management and Capital Markets, not to mention our AscendixRE Land solution that targets brokers focused predominantly on land parcels and tracts.
This again speaks to the flexibility of the platform on which we’ve built AscendixRE allowing us to adapt and expand the tool to other CRE audiences.
Concierge Service for AscendixRE Enterprise Users
We understand there are times when it just isn’t convenient to enter in data into a CRM system. As we know, the less data that goes into the system, the less value comes out of the system.
In those cases, we have provided a “White Glove Concierge Service” that takes care of those tasks that can keep you focused on driving more business.
Ascendix Search App for Salesforce Users
Available within our AscendixRE flagship product but also available to any subscriber of a Salesforce-based solution, we have developed an advanced searching tool that incorporates easy to use search forms combined with maps to truly unleash the power of the data you have in your CRM system.
Without having to be a Ph.D. in SQL programming, an end user is able to quickly create target lists of records such as:
All contacts related to leases that are to expire in the next 18 months in a certain geographic area driven by simply drawing a shape on the map.
Furthermore, leveraging our publication tools, we are able to push these results to professional looking and well-formated outputs that are customer ready.
Composer Report Writing App
While the core platforms we have developed our CRM solution on have reporting tools, most of those reports are more “inward facing”.
We developed the Composer application and integrated it with our CRM platforms to enable the AscendixRE subscriber to generate more “external facing” output such as Offering Memorandums, Property Brochures, Tour Books and Listing Activity Reports which can automate the labor-intensive tasks of creating these reports from scratch.
Property Listings Solution
We always try to find ways to leverage the data you’ve stored in your commercial real estate CRM system.
As we store property and listing information along with images and pictures of those properties, it just made sense to find a way to have that property listing information be connected to your corporate website.
With our property listing portal, we’ve taken what was once a very complex and largely cost prohibitive integration of CRM with a website and provided a method by which newly entered Property Listings can automatically be added to your website without manual intervention.
To make it more compelling the property listing portal has a web form that ties to AscendixRE such that any new inquiries or leads from the traffic on your website show up as inquiry records in your CRM system to work and/or apply automated workflows against.
Imagine being able to enter in a property listing once into your CRM system, have it automatically start generating interest that then turns into leads that are automatically showing up in your lead bucket.
Furthermore, imagine a phone call and other touches being automatically scheduled on your behalf and you start to fully appreciate the efficiencies introduced to a rather manual workflow today.
MarketSpace: Our New Product
While not officially released and continuing with the theme of maximizing the leverage of the data contained with the AscendixRE database, we are investing in a tool we call Marketspace which when integrated with your CRM system, will allow the end user to spin up dynamic Deal Rooms and Collaboration Rooms allowing you to interact with your investors or tenants via private forums where you can exchange documents like confidentiality agreements, Offering Memorandums as well as capture interactive chats that increase the visibility of important details and decrease the friction of doing business via a collection of email threads and disjointed websites.
