Ascendix has been busy the last couple years and we aren’t slowing down in 2017. We are excited that we can now announce our latest option for businesses. Introducing: Ascendix Managed Services. It’s like “offshoring” or “outsourcing”, but better!
So Why is Ascendix Now Providing Managed Services?
We came across a gold mine a few years ago and initially kept it to ourselves. In our quest to develop more options for commercial real estate and specific options for our customer we struggled to find enough highly skilled employees to keep up with our demand.
For 7 years we tried various MSP (Managed Services Providers) and their various models to try and recreate the type of success we have internally. We were about to give up when we got a phone call from a MSP who told us they could provide a different experience. We were skeptical since we had tested 5 other vendors, but we decided to give them a project and test out the waters. And we were happily surprised. So much so that we acquired our team from the vendor and opened our own office in Eastern Europe.
Using best practices learned from being both users and provider of managed services, we believe we provide a unique value proposition. We know what it’s like, so we can advise our customers on how they can make the most of our resources to become more efficient and productive. This includes how to structure the team to streamline the process and execute your deliverables, whether external or internal.
Most MSP’s say they have a stateside presence, but really, it’s one salesperson and that’s all. With Ascendix, we have a true stateside operation based in Dallas, TX, and 2 satellite offices in Eastern Europe. You can utilize the Ascendix team with multiple staffing options, which include a Blended Team or Direct Team. In addition, we adjusted our Eastern European office hours so there is an overlap of work hours, so your project is in go mode 10+ hours a day.
Blended Team: Client decides on a blend of state-side and EE based resources where most project management and business analyst work is conducted by US based resources with similar time zone availability. Development is delivered solely by Eastern European based resources.
Direct Team: Client prioritizes cost savings and elects to work directly with Eastern European based project management, business analyst and development team.
