Our lineage and identity have largely been associated with CRM and commercial real estate products on top of CRM. While that is an accurate assessment, we find it a limiting and incomplete definition of what we’ve been doing for our clients over the last 15 years. You see, in most implementations of size, while we start off consulting and developing in and around CRM, we are often times asked to deliver services and help out in areas completely unrelated to CRM initiatives.
With our professional services capabilities, we have embraced these requests which have led to some creative solutions and application development. These types of project requests coupled with our obligations to continue delivering innovative products in the CRM arena have led to our expanding operations abroad setting up development centers in Eastern Europe.
Taking into consideration this experience coupled with the international development offices we have brought online over the last 4 years, we are expanding our offerings to the commercial real estate sector and have packaged a new offering called Ascendix Managed Services which opens new doors of possibility for us to help commercial real estate companies more fully leverage technology in their organizations.
No longer are we limiting ourselves to CRM discussions but have the ability to facilitate state-side business requirements sessions for technology projects of any origin backed by the economic benefits of our development centers in Eastern Europe translating into a high-value experience at a fraction of the cost of past initiatives.
Don’t reinvent the wheel, instead leverage our 7+ years of experience and lessons learned on what to do and what to avoid in setting up an “offshore/outsourcing” development engine. We’ve done all the hard work so you don’t have to.
Do any of these situations apply to you?
“I’ve searched the entire gamut of solutions out on the market today and simply cannot find one product that does everything I need it to do. I’m left with subscribing to several solutions which I will pay handsomely for and only use pieces and parts of each. In the end, the project has stalled due to ever-increasing cost models associated with solving the business problem.”
“We’ve just finalized our budget for IT spend for the year and half the projects that I wanted and needed to get completed for the next year were cut. I’ve been asked to do more with less and simply put, the math doesn’t work and can’t see how I’m going to get it done.”
“We are a commercial real estate company, not a software development shop. I have no business hiring developers and programmers to address my application development needs. The concept of recruiting, hiring and managing IT resources is completely foreign to our organization. However, the thought of bringing expensive consultants on for an extended period of time doesn’t seem viable.”
We can assist you with ANY of your IT initiatives. Contact us today to review a current or future project, including the scope and goals.
But no matter what we develop, we set our eyes on the real prize…user adoption, because if no one is using it, what’s the point?
