On Wednesday, we reviewed the new Property Record layout in xRE. The next update we will review in AscendixRE CRE database is the ability to select the Line of Business (LOB) in which you want to work which makes the user experience more efficient. In the past, all record types and CRM features were served up no matter what your CRE focus or your role within the business. Now, we have segmented the LOB into Tenant Advisory, Agency Leasing, Investment Sales, Corporate Services, Marketing and Property Management. You can see the layout of this new feature below in the red box.
This eliminates all unnecessary records and features that don’t pertain to you within the CRM.
Every LOB serves up the main record types such as dashboards, companies, contacts etc.
If you work in Tenant Advisory you get quick access to records like inquiries, deals, availabilities, lease comps, properties, leases and property brochures.
Whereas if you select Investment Sales, you again are given all the same main records plus listings, sales, sales comps, property brochures and availabilities.
Join us for a webinar on February 13th (FINISHED) when we share the other use cases surrounding both the LOB feature and Ascendix changes, including new mobile options and the first ever Smart Client.
None of the major CRE Bloggers or reviewers has seen this tool since the updates made in Q1 of this year, so you won’t be able to find information on our update anywhere else.
It’s also important to note that even though the offering is growing, the price isn’t.
You don’t have to deal with tiers, levels or the fear of us raising the prices on you at the end of your yearly subscription, because we don’t lock you into long contracts.
