What is it? A way for machines to think intuitively like humans. Does it sound too futuristic and Sci-Fi?
We encounter AI on a daily basis and don’t even realize it.
When you buy something on Amazon and it recommends you check out other products that may interest you, that’s AI. That’s a predictive recommendation based on past buying behavior.
When Facebook recommends you tag people based on a photo you’ve posted, that facial recognition is AI.
In the business sense, AI can help salespeople and marketers gain insights on prospects and customers without having to go the extra mile of extensive researching.
It’s about providing you with predictive lead scoring on whether you are expending your energy on the right accounts.
Ultimately it’s about intelligence, speed, mobility, and efficiency. And Salesforce® is taking this incredibly complex data science and simplifying it so the average human can understand it.
