Introduce your business and what you do there.

Adrienne: I’m the head of marketing at Stiles Corporation, a full-service real estate developer. We specialize in both commercial and residential properties.

What challenges were you trying to address with Ascendix Technologies?

Adrienne: The divisions within our company were unknowingly pursuing the same prospects because we didn’t have a central platform to share client files. As such, a new CRM system was integral to our business development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adrienne: We already had a basic CRM system but needed Ascendix Technologies to make the platform more user-friendly. Their team followed our specifications, streamlined the Microsoft Dynamic CRM, redeveloped existing features, and integrated new developments.
