Ascendix has been in the CRM space since 1996, and that’s why some refer to us as a legacy company. With 20 years of experience as an implementer, integrator and developer of top-tier CRM systems, you bet we know how to do CRM inside and out. In 2004, we saw the need to productize CRM for the Commercial Real Estate vertical and fill a much needed void. Since then, Ascendix has committed to making a positive impact for each brokerage, capital market and owner/operator client we engage with by sharing our lessons learned along the way.

The Ascendix Team consists of 100+ highly experienced employees. This includes developers, programmers, system architects, business analysts, support, QA, trainers, sales and marketing.

What makes this group of individuals unique is that the majority of the team has been with the company since moving into the Commercial Real Estate vertical 12 years ago. This gives our clients a specialized type of service because not only are they experts in CRM, but they have also been working solely with Brokers, CIO’s, admins and all the other various players in Commercial Real Estate.
