Wes Snow and Todd Terry founded Ascendix in Dallas in 1996 with one focus: real estate technology. They started building for real estate before the industry had standardised on what a CRM even was, and that domain knowledge has been compounding ever since.

We started as a Salesforce partner for real estate, building the data infrastructure firms now depend on. Over the years, we have expanded from Salesforce implementation into purpose-built real estate products, custom software development, Proptech development, AI consulting and implementation, all grounded in the same domain knowledge we have been building since day one.

That foundation is what makes our AI work. We are not applying AI to a generic data model.
