AscendixRE AI Suite adds AI capabilities built directly into your existing AscendixRE CRM. The four modules each address a distinct part of how brokers work with their data:

The three modules are designed to fit the way brokers already work — not to change their workflow. Here’s how they appear in a realistic broker day.
The broker opens Claude and asks for the full history on the tenant they’re about to see: requirements, last conversations, lease timeline. Everything comes back from their actual CRM data in seconds. They walk in knowing exactly where things stand, without touching the CRM. After the meeting, they tell ChatGPT to update the deal stage and create a follow-up task. Done before they’ve left the building.

A tenant rep sends a requirement: 25,000 SF, Class A, Uptown, 18-month timeline. The broker forwards it to their Harvest address. By the time they sit down, the contact, the requirement details, and the prospect record are queued for review. The broker approves. Nothing was typed. A lead inquiry lands from LoopNet. Same process. The lead, property, and contact details are in the CRM before the broker has called the prospect back.

A landlord rep needs to know which active requirements in the database match a new availability. They ask the Agent. The answer comes back in seconds, from their actual data, in plain English. No report builder. No admin handoff.

The landlord asks for the weekly update. The broker opens the firm’s template, connected to the live listing record, and the document populates from the data. Reviewed, edited if needed, sent in under five minutes.

AscendixRE AI Suite never acts on its own. Every Harvest extract starts with a broker forwarding an email; every Agent action starts with a broker giving an instruction; every Composer document is generated and sent by a broker; and every AscendixRE Connector query starts with a broker prompt. AI doesn’t initiate.
Each module respects how the AscendixRE org is configured.
It also does not replace the judgment a broker brings to a deal. It removes the manual work around data entry, search, and document assembly. The broker still decides what to ask for, what to send, and what to act on.
AscendixRE AI Suite is available for AscendixRE subscribers on Enterprise level as a separate paid add-on. It’s priced per organization, not per user, and all four modules are included in every tier.

It includes four modules: AscendixRE Connector for ChatGPT and Claude (MCP server that connects the customer’s preferred AI Assistant to their AscendixRE Salesforce org), Harvest (email and document parsing), Agent (natural-language search, record creation, and updates — by text or voice), and Composer (document generation from live CRM data).
AscendixRE AI Suite is built exclusively for AscendixRE CRM, which runs on Salesforce. It does not work with other CRM platforms.
AscendixRE Connector is an MCP server that brings your AscendixRE data directly into ChatGPT or Claude. Query, update, and create CRM records from the AI assistant you already use, on desktop or phone, without opening the CRM.
Harvest is the email and document parsing module. Each broker gets a personal AI email address. Forward a deal-related email (with or without PDF attachments) and Harvest extracts contacts, properties, lease terms, and deal details, then proposes draft AscendixRE records for broker review. Nothing saves without approval.
Agent lets brokers run AscendixRE in plain English, in both directions. Search the CRM, summarize accounts, and draft emails. And also create contacts, properties, and deals, log tours, update deal stages, and add follow-up tasks, all from natural-language instructions.
Brokers can use Agent by text from any device or by voice from a phone, which means a tour debrief, a new contact, and a follow-up reminder can be spoken into AscendixRE on the walk back to the car. Agent acts the moment the broker asks — every create and update runs through the org’s existing validation rules, sharing settings, and duplicate handling, so nothing gets into the CRM that wouldn’t be allowed through manual entry.
Composer AI connects branded CRE document templates to live AscendixRE records. Upload an existingdocument (a property flyer, BOV, comp report, tour book, listing activity report, or owner update) and Composer rebuilds it as a live template that populates from your AscendixRE data. Because the templates pull from the same records Harvest is feeding and Agent is keeping current, the documents Composer generates reflect the latest state of the listing or deal without any manual data assembly.
