Ignite Sales is a fintech company dedicated to providing digital solutions that enhance sales engagement and product sales for financial institutions through dynamic, guided conversations.

They integrated their platform with Salesforce through LeadLync which was released on the Salesforce AppExchange back in 2016.

The tool is designed to help financial institutions capture sales conversations and marketing information into Salesforce.

Going a step further, Ignite Sales partnered with Ascendix to develop a whole new Salesforce managed package called EngageHUB that allows financial institutions to initiate guided conversations right from Salesforce.

Ascendix not only took on this new project but also helped Ignite Sales update their existing package, LeadLync, to ensure it aligns with the latest Salesforce standards.

Ignite Sales wanted to create a totally new Salesforce application to enhance customer engagement for financial institutions by giving them the ability to launch guided sales conversations right from their Salesforce instance.

One of the objectives was to ensure that all customer and prospect responses and the resulting product recommendations are automatically integrated into the existing Salesforce installations used by Ignite Sales’ clients.

The security review process and maintenance updates in Salesforce change constantly and to a great extent, leaving even the top apps outdated. Ignite Sales needed to ensure the new application passed the security review and wanted to make the process of the new app’s security review as smooth and effortless as possible.

The primary goal was to upgrade LeadLync, so that it would be fully aligned with new Salesforce AppExchange requirements and policies and will therefore keep up with the latest market trends.

Enhanced Source Code

The existing code of the LeadLync application had to be thoroughly reviewed, analyzed and upgraded, for it to be seamlessly incorporated into the Salesforce ecosystem and the CRMs of Ignite Sales’ clients.

Maintaining Client Trust

Ignite Sales aimed to boost their clients’ trust and showcase the company’s reliability by enhancing LeadLync – the main tool for gathering customer feedback – on AppExchange, thereby showcasing full compliance with Salesforce top security standards.
