SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, but as I stated in last weeks post, SEO is now everyone’s job. Why? Because it really does Serve Everyone with Opportunities. It works for lead generation, increases the visibility of marketing initiatives, and gives sales another tool to assist in promoting products and services to get leads converted faster. The following stats were shared at last weeks Dallas Digital Summit:
The Ascendix Blog
December 9th and 10th I attended the Dallas Digital Marketing Summit and there were MANY important takeaways about how to market today and what the wave of the future is that we as content creators and social media directors need to know. Don’t checkout now just because I said content creator or social media director because the truth is that WE ALL have a hand in the SEO and social media of our company. It’s part of everyone’s job and if it isn’t it probably should be in this new digital age.
Our team is working constantly to improve on all of our solutions, but today we will focus on the first release update for xRE Foundations for Salesforce. As a reminder, xRE Foundations is the initial Salesforce offering from Ascendix Technologies. Using 10+ years Commercial Real Estate vertical solutions experience we are now giving brokers and professionals the option of which platform their individual or team needs or even prefers to work on.
On November 19th we will give a full tour of the newest Commercial Real Estate marketing tool: xRE Composer. xRE Composer provides users the ability to create their own brochures and microsites to market properties, listings and availabilities. With 50+ templates anyone can create professional collateral without having to use complicated graphic design tools. In addition, you can:
AscendixRE is a full-featured CRM solution that takes into account all the various needs in a commercial real estate business. However, the way a broker might want to see and interact with a CRM solution varies greatly from that of an admin or research analyst. In our 10 years in the industry, we’ve seen that a “one size fits all” strategy to user experience simply does not work.
A long-standing feature of our commercial real estate CRM software is the ability to create stacking plans using your records within AscendixRE. The records include property, leasing, availabilities, contacts, companies and more. You could spend additional money for this type of feature, but there are a few reasons it doesn’t make sense. We are competitively priced against the upper echelon of CRM for CRE solutions. It doesn’t cost you more because we don’t have tiers, levels or add-ons.
On Wednesday, we reviewed the new Property Record layout in xRE. The next update we will review in AscendixRE CRE database is the ability to select the Line of Business (LOB) in which you want to work which makes the user experience more efficient. In the past, all record types and CRM features were served up no matter what your CRE focus or your role within the business. Now, we have segmented the LOB into Tenant Advisory, Agency Leasing, Investment Sales, Corporate Services, Marketing and Property Management. You can see the layout of this new feature below in the red box.
Join us on February 13th for a review of the revamped AscendixRE commercial CRM for MS Dynamics. Even the CRE industry networkers in the know haven’t seen the latest version and options we have released within the first weeks of the year. On top of the modernization of our web client, we have added new mobile options and an industry first – the Smart Client.
How important is having and utilizing an automated process flow for a commercial real estate professional? Here at Ascendix we have created and implemented Action Plans within our AscendixRE offering. First, we should start with explaining what an Action Plan is. An Action Plan is similar to a Microsoft Project tool that allows you to collect and schedule processes to be performed by one or more employee in order to complete an objective.
