On September 24th Wes Snow with Ascendix is hosting a webinar to review our latest Commercial Real Estate offering called xRE Foundations built on the Salesforce platform. Having had a one size fits all approach to the market in the past, we are introducing additional offerings that provide the power and familiarity of Salesforce plus an option to step into a product that has a more streamlined feature and functionality set to it.
AscendixRE is a full-featured CRM solution that takes into account all the various needs in a commercial real estate business. However, the way a broker might want to see and interact with a CRM solution varies greatly from that of an admin or research analyst. In our 10 years in the industry, we’ve seen that a “one size fits all” strategy to user experience simply does not work.
Ascendix Technologies is sponsoring the “CRM – Who is Getting it Right” session at Realcomm taking place June 17-18th in Las Vegas. At the end of the event, you can get more information on Ascendix Technologies and how we are differentiating ourselves from the competition. Or contact us today and set up a time to meet with Ascendix partners Todd Terry and Wes Snow while they are in Las Vegas. It’s been a few years since we attended this show and we can’t wait to share some of the new product releases that are coming this summer.
Yesterday we hosted a webinar that focused on the new look of our CRM solution for commercial real estate. We also touched on the new options available for the mobile worker and the brokers. If you want to see it for yourself visit our YouTube channel by clicking here.

A long-standing feature of our commercial real estate CRM software is the ability to create stacking plans using your records within AscendixRE. The records include property, leasing, availabilities, contacts, companies and more. You could spend additional money for this type of feature, but there are a few reasons it doesn’t make sense. We are competitively priced against the upper echelon of CRM for CRE solutions. It doesn’t cost you more because we don’t have tiers, levels or add-ons.
On Wednesday, we reviewed the new Property Record layout in xRE. The next update we will review in AscendixRE CRE database is the ability to select the Line of Business (LOB) in which you want to work which makes the user experience more efficient. In the past, all record types and CRM features were served up no matter what your CRE focus or your role within the business. Now, we have segmented the LOB into Tenant Advisory, Agency Leasing, Investment Sales, Corporate Services, Marketing and Property Management. You can see the layout of this new feature below in the red box.
