What began in 1996 as a small team with a big vision has grown into an international company with experts in the USA, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Ukraine. This blend of professionals has helped us excel at Salesforce consulting services and custom software development to transform the way businesses operate within real estate, finance, transportation and beyond.

Our DEI Strategy

Our approach to DEI is shaped by the belief that inclusion is not a one-time goal, but an ongoing commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.   • 52% of our leadership roles (such as Managing Director, Directors, and Managers) are held by women;
  • In 2024, 17% of our technical positions are held by women;
  • 30% of our Salesforce Consultant are females.

Our global presence is more than just a map with pins in different countries. It’s a vibrant blend of cultures, ideas, and backgrounds, all coming together to push our boundaries.

Todd and I are sure as one can be that diversity is our strength. Each team member brings something unique to the table, and making sure everyone’s voice is heard isn’t just a goal – it’s our commitment. This means not only recognizing our differences but also actively supporting the right of each individual to share their opinions, celebrate their cultures, and express their identities. For that we have a wonderful “Our People Are Everywhere” event, where team members have the opportunity to share their unique cultural experiences, traditions, and perspectives. It’s a time for us all to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate how special we are.

I’m incredibly proud of our distributed team. The richness of our multicultural mix fuels our success and helps us serve our clients and communities better. When you have a team from all the corners of the world, magic happens.

Empowering Women in Tech

At Ascendix, we are particularly committed to supporting women in tech. We host regular tech calls and online meetings specifically designed to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, from coding workshops to leadership development. The meetings are a great opportunity to exchange ideas, hone technical skills, and mentor one another.

Additionally, this year, we hosted a special Salesforce Admin Bootcamp in Portugal, where 9 students successfully graduated. Among them, several women began their careers in tech through this initiative and received offers from Ascendix as full-time interns.

The Ascendix’s Bootcamp has genuinely been a career-changing opportunity for me. I didn't have any prior technical background in Salesforce, but the structured learning path and support from the team made everything much more approachable and easier to grasp. As a result, it granted me the chance to become a trainee at Ascendix, marking the start of a whole new tech journey.

As a Salesforce partner, this bootcamp helps us find new talent with different viewpoints and skills, which is great for our team and clients.
