Updated on July 2, 2018 Join us on February 13th for a review of the revamped AscendixRE commercial CRM for MS Dynamics. Even the CRE industry networkers in the know haven’t seen the latest version and options we have released within the first weeks of the year. On top of the modernization of our web client, we have added new mobile options and an industry first – the Smart Client.
The Smart Client gives users another option for interacting with the CRM system. Our team decided that we would take 90% of what brokers use and create a separate user experience. For example, some brokers only want to work with what they consider the key data like property, lease, availability records, etc.
So why would we create a separate experience?
1. User Adoption
It’s all in the name of User Adoption! You think the more features the better – and that’s true for admins, assistants, marketing, research, those interested in analytics etc.
And in fact, some brokers want all the bells and whistles. However, for those times when you are only needing to work with those key records, the Smart Client will allow for quick maneuvering.
But first things first, we want to familiarize you with AscendixRE’s new look and we will introduce it to you in phases leading up to the webinar.
We’ve been in the CRE for CRM space for 9+ years and our solution reflected the years of knowledge and collaboration you would expect. However, the users felt the interface was outdated.
2. Easy Navigation
Touche! On top of looking sleeker, the new interface has made the experience of navigating easier than ever. Below is the new layout of a Property Record.
Those of you familiar with our last version of XRE are probably in shock. But those of you haven’t seen the old property records we have gone to a “one sheeter” style with multiple columns to accommodate all the various data associated with a record and including the “Facebook” style wall to host communications and updates.
- You have easy access to leases, availability, mapping, contacts and more.
- You can add, edit and delete information all from this location. All the information from this record can be used to create the brochure or report as we continue to have the commercial real estate marketing brochure and reporting tool within our CRM.
When you look in the upper left corner you see it says Tenant Advisory. In the update, we are now able to segment the solution by lines of business.
